Joaquin Lopez Otero has over 8 years of professional work experience. Joaquin began their career in 2011 as a Customer Service Assistant at Tesco Express, where they managed and led a team of customer assistants and opened and locked up the store. In 2016, they took on the role of Content Writer at PurpleJR, where they re-wrote all text of Purple Jr's website and wrote articles in English and Spanish for multiple clients. In 2017, they became a Social Media Manager at Giraffe Social Media, where they were responsible for creating and optimising paid advertising and training and developing new team members. Joaquin is currently a Senior Paid Media Executive at Koozai.

Joaquin Lopez Otero attended HSDC Havant & South Downs from 2011 to 2014, then went on to obtain a BA (Hons) in English from Bournemouth University, graduating in 2018. In July 2020, they obtained a PPC Automation Exam certification from SEMrush.
