Niels Welmer is an experienced professional in the construction and maintenance industry, currently serving as Adjunct Directeur at Koopmans Bouwgroep B.V. since September 2023. Previously, Niels held multiple leadership positions at Van der Leij Bouwbedrijven, including Adjunct Directeur Integraal Onderhoud and Bedrijfsleider Vastgoedonderhoud from May 2018 to September 2023, as well as Bedrijfsleider Onderhoud and Hoofd Klein Onderhoudswerken from June 2013 to August 2017.
