Dhinuka P. has extensive experience in conference programming and event management. They worked at SXSW for nearly 10 years in various roles, starting as an Interactive Greenroom Intern in 2012 and ending as the Lead Conference Programmer. In these roles, they focused on content, experience, and strategy for the Conference, with a focus on entrepreneurship, startups, investments & funding, web 3.0, metaverse, and the game industry. They also worked on tracks such as the Startups Track, Game Industry Track, and Investor & Funding Summit. In 2022, Dhinuka joined Konvoy Ventures as the Head of Platform.

Dhinuka P. received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Business Foundations from the same institution. Dhinuka P. also obtained a Certificate in American Sign Language Studies from Austin Community College.
