Elsa Crafoord is an experienced professional with a robust background in project leadership and social impact. Currently serving as Project Lead at Konungens Stiftelse Ungt Ledarskap since August 2019, Elsa also co-founded and owns The Pepper Quest, focusing on the import of high-quality pepper and fostering sustainable practices with local communities in Vietnam, Indonesia, and China. Prior roles include Programme Coordinator at Global Child Forum, where emphasis was placed on advancing children's rights globally, and Outdoor Leader at Friluftsfrämjandet, where responsibility included guiding young children in outdoor activities. Elsa holds two Bachelor's degrees in International Public Health from Södertörn University, earned between 2011 and 2014.
