Johan Lawaetz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Johan currently serves as an Advisor at Antler since 2022. Previously, they held positions at Kontrapunkt, including CEO & Partner, Board Member, and COO from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, Johan worked as an Engagement Director - Strategy & M&A at Implement Consulting Group from 2018 to 2019. Johan also served as the Director of Strategy & Growth at Unumed, a medtech company, from 2016 to 2018. Johan's earlier experiences include roles as a Senior Management Consultant, Management Consultant, and Business Analyst at Implement Consulting Group. Johan began their career as an Assistant to SVP at SEB Wealth Management and worked as a Student Assistant at Promando A/S.

Johan Lawaetz's education history is as follows:

- From 2004 to 2007, Johan attended Øregård Gymnasium where they obtained an Upper Secondary School Leaving Certificate with a major in Math, Social Sciences, and Business Administration.

- In 2008, Johan enrolled in Copenhagen Business School and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Business, which lasted until 2011.

- In 2010 and 2011, Johan attended Tecnológico de Monterrey for an exchange program in Cuernavaca, Mexico.

- Johan pursued further education at Copenhagen Business School and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management of Innovation and Business Development from 2011 to 2013.

- In 2012, Johan also participated in the Postbaccalaureate Business Program at Columbia University.
