Kelsie Ware, PMP, CF APMP, currently serves as a Senior Proposal Manager at Koniag Government Services since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kelsie worked as a Proposal Consultant at Key Solutions from April 2021 to August 2022 and was a Section Manager at SAIC from May 2016 to April 2021. Kelsie also has experience in the U.S. Army as a Cryptologic Linguist (E-5) from April 2010 to November 2016 and as an Intelligence Analyst at The Buffalo Group between August 2015 and May 2016. Kelsie's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Conservation Management from George Mason University and studies at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center from 2010 to 2013, as well as attendance at Virginia Commonwealth University from 2013 to 2015.
