James Tuohy has extensive experience in field service and technical support roles, starting from a long tenure at Xerox from 1984 to 2016 as a Senior Customer Service Engineer. Following this, James worked at HP as a Customer Engineer 2, providing onsite technical and repair services. Subsequent positions included roles at EFI as a Field Service Installation Specialist and at BlueCrest as an Onsite Service Technician, before transitioning to MultiCam, Inc. as a Field Service Technician and eventually transferring to Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems in April 2022 after a company merger. Academic qualifications include a diploma in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology from Denver Automotive & Diesel Center.
