Dimitri Koutsos has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Dimitri is currently working at Kong Inc. as a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Elastic as a Senior Support Engineer from November 2017 to May 2022. Before Elastic, Dimitri held the position of Director - Information Technology Consultant at nephel ltd from April 2015 to January 2018.

Dimitri has also worked as an IT Consultant - DevOps Lead at Diaku - Axon from November 2015 to May 2017. Prior to that, they had various roles at Lloyd's Register, including Programme Technical Design Governance Lead from April 2015 to August 2015, Solutions Architect from August 2014 to April 2015, and Infrastructure Architect from August 2013 to August 2014.

Before their tenure at Lloyd's Register, Dimitri gained valuable experience at IPC Media as a Web Systems Manager/Architect from April 2008 to May 2013 and as a Senior Web Systems Engineer from March 2007 to March 2008. Dimitri also worked at Guardian Unlimited as a Web Systems Integrator from March 2006 to March 2007.

Dimitri's earlier work experience includes positions at Cambridge University Press as a Systems Administrator from February 2005 to March 2006, at Eduserv as a Web Systems Engineer from November 2002 to July 2004, and at CSC as a Unix Systems Analyst from September 2000 to November 2002.

Dimitri Koutsos has a Bachelor of Science degree and Diploma Thesis in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristoteleion Panepistimion Thessalonikis. In addition, they obtained a Machine Learning certification from Coursera Course Certificates in March 2016.
