Katre Laan is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Global Functional Talent Acquisition Team Lead and TA Specialist at Konecranes since April 2023, where leadership is provided to a team focused on hiring for R&D, IT, engineering, and leadership roles. Prior roles include Tech Talent Acquisition Partner at Starship Technologies, where collaboration with team leads on recruitment and onboarding for locations in Estonia and Finland took place, and Tech Talent Acquisition/Recruiter at birkle IT, responsible for sourcing developers globally. Katre’s earlier experience spans various recruitment and HR roles, including a significant tenure at CV-Online Estonia, where work involved collaboration with local and international clients for diverse technical and non-technical positions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resources Management from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology and a BA in Journalism & PR from the University of Greenwich, complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from James Cook University.
