Henrik Kulju has a diverse work experience history. Henrik started their career as a Mail Carrier at Posti Group Oyj in 2011 and later worked as a Mechanic at Moveko in 2013. In 2014, Henrik worked as an Electrician at Elkome Systems Oy. Starting from 2015, Henrik worked at ALTEN Finland as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on elevator car engineering and design quality improvement. During this time, they also completed their thesis work on lean processes and tools. In 2019, Henrik joined Konecranes as a Mechanical Engineer, specializing in Port Solutions & Technologies and playing a key role in research and development. Henrik later advanced to the position of Lead Engineer. Throughout their career, Henrik has gained expertise in areas such as Siemens NX development, global user guides, and Design for Six Sigma training.

Henrik Kulju completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from HAMK between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they graduated from the High school of science in 2010 with a focus on Environmental Science.
