Ratih Widyhastuti started their work experience in 2010 at Global TV as a Creative Program producer, where they were responsible for producing television programs and creating rundowns and scripts. Ratih then worked as a Program Producer at Iradio 89.6 FM Jakarta in 2012. From 2013 to 2015, Ratih worked as an Assistant Producer at PT. Inspirasi Global Indonesia (initv.net), where they conducted research, developed concepts, created rundowns and scripts, and managed budgets for various programs.

In 2015, Ratih joined KOMPAS TV as a Research and Development Specialist, where they analyzed program performance and collaborated with content analysts and production teams to create content that would attract viewers and increase viewership share. In 2017, Ratih became a Producer Program at PT. Insan Karya Aruna Nusa (Kolam Ikan Creative Communication), where they produced programs such as Masjid-Masjid Dunia and Ramadan Kareem.

From 2020 to 2021, Ratih worked as a Digital Content staff at PT. Insan Karya Aruna Nusa, focusing on creating digital content. In 2021, they joined Kompas.com as a News Producer Editorial. Additionally, Ratih has also worked as a freelance screenplay writer for a brief period in 2021.

Ratih Widyhastuti attended Universitas Mercu Buana from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they achieved a Sarjana Komunikasi degree with a focus on Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician. Additionally, Ratih obtained several additional certifications. In February 2021, they received a certification in Content & Copywriting from Idekata. Ratih also obtained a certification in the Basics of Photography through a webinar conducted by Erich Silalahi at The Factory Academy in February 2021. Furthermore, Ratih obtained a certification in Google Digital Entrepreneurship from Google in June 2020.
