In 2001, they began working at IBM Global Services as a Senior IBM Certified Project Manager & Scrum Master. Jeanese was then promoted to AGILE Coach Scrum Master & Sr. Project Manager at Infinite Computer Solutions in 2014. In 2016, they were a Scrum Master at Infinite Computer Solutions and an AGILE Coach/Scrum Coach at Software Resources. From 2017 to 2020, they were an ASE Scrum Master at Syniverse and a Project Manager Scrum Master at Kolter Solutions. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for leading projects, implementing/integrating software packages, facilitating scrum ceremonies, tracking and analyzing improvements, and reporting metrics.
Jeanese Wells completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Florida between 1978 and 1980. Jeanese has also obtained a number of certifications, including a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in November 2018, an IBM Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in December 2016, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in July 2014, and a PMP from the Project Management Institute.
