Theresa Lewis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative services, strategy, and market research. Currently serving as the Director of Administrative Services at Kōloa Rum Company since April 2021, Theresa develops and directs human resource strategies and compliance services. Prior to this role, Theresa managed community associations at Hawaiiana Management Company and led strategic planning at CIE Tours International. As the VP of Market Research and Consumer Insights at Wyndham Hotel Group, Theresa established a data-driven marketing research team. Theresa co-founded Fueled Insights, LLC, focusing on tailored research programs, and held various roles at Merrill Lynch, advancing to Assistant Vice President. Theresa earned an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from Montclair State University.
