Rebecca Bolt is an accomplished NPD Director at Europe Snacks UK since March 2021, with a robust background in product development and innovation across the food industry. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as Director at Delicious Food Consultants Ltd, collaborating with various businesses including Food Utopia and Indira Spice, while also owning a festival food business and designing celebration cakes for a celebrity clientele. Previous positions include Divisional Head of NPD and Innovation at 2 Sisters Food Group, Product and Partnership Director at Genius Gluten Free, and extensive experience in product development roles at Tesco and Boots, among others. Rebecca holds a degree in Home Economics from Cardiff University and has cultivated a diverse skill set through various senior roles in NPD since 1992.
