Shawn Kemper has worked in the materials and customer service fields for over 18 years. Shawn began as a Materials Specialist with The Personnel Dept in 2002, where they performed daily cycle counts, and processed customer orders. Shawn moved on to Kokusai Semiconductor Equipment Corporation in 2004 as another Materials Specialist where they stocked incoming parts, picked and audited customer orders, and processed them. Shawn was later hired as a Customer Service Representative where they worked closely with carriers and Customs Brokers to clear US Customs import and export shipments, processed orders, and classified thousands of parts for import and export purposes. Shawn Kemper was in the on-call rotation for 24/7 coverage of customer orders.

Shawn Kemper attended Chemeketa Community College from 1997 to 1999, where they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Computer Science.
