Bill Bliss has been working in the human resources field for over 30 years. Bill started their career as the Head of Staffing at Fidelity Investments in 1987. In 1988, they became the Director of Human Resources at Degussa. Bill left Degussa in 1990 to start their own HR consulting company, Bliss & Associates Inc. In 1993, they became the Associate Director of Human Resources at Reader's Digest. Bill left Reader's Digest in 1995 to become the Executive Director and Founding Partner of John Maxwell Team. In 2016, they joined Kohomai as an Advisor.

Bill Bliss attended St. John's University, where they earned a BS in Management. Bill also attended Xavier High School. Bill Bliss is certified in DiSC Profile administration and interpretation from PeopleKeys, Inc., and is certified in the Caliper Profile from the Caliper Corporation, Princeton, NJ. Bill is also certified as a Leadership Coach and Trainer from the John Maxwell Team - World's #1 Leadership Guru, and as a DISC Personality System from the Institute of Motivational Living (Publisher of DISC Personality System).
