Nicole Engstrom, MBA, is an experienced senior recruiter currently supporting the Kohler account at Kohler Co. since April 2024. Prior to this role, Nicole served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Navistar Inc. from February to April 2024 and held significant positions at United States Steel Corporation from May 2021 to September 2023, including Recruitment Team Lead for Corporate Services and Senior Recruiter. From August 2016 to May 2021, Nicole worked at Health First as a Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, managing recruitment activities for healthcare facilities in Brevard County, Florida. Earlier roles included Project Coordinator at Kohl's Department Stores and various positions at other companies such as the Wisconsin Army National Guard, American Marketing & Publishing, and Target Corporation. Nicole holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Retail Management from Mount Mary University.
