Adam Clay is the Managing Director for the UK and Europe at Kognitiv Spark, a prominent mixed reality software company known for its RemoteSparkâ„¢ application, since November 2021. Prior to this role, Adam served as the International Business Manager for the Design department at PHILLIPS from June 2013 to November 2021, overseeing commercial, strategic, and operational activities globally. Adam also held the position of Private Client Manager, where relationships with High Net Worth clients were managed. Earlier in the career, Adam was an Associate Principal at Heidrick & Struggles from August 2008 to May 2013, conducting senior-level searches in the Global Asset Management Practice. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University and attended Lord Wandsworth College from 1990 to 1995.
