Birgitte Kerschner-Hansen is an experienced HR partner currently working at Køge Kommune since January 2025. Prior to this role, Birgitte held various positions including Chefkonsulent and personalekonsulent at Greve Kommune, focusing on personnel consulting within the Center for Health and Care. Previous experience includes serving as a Chefkonsulent and personnel lawyer at the Ministry of Environment and Food, an HR partner for Operations at Naviair, and teaching personnel law and work environment at Professionshøjskolen Metropol.
