Garrett Yaninek-Noland is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in senior living and fine dining environments. Currently serving as Culinary Director at Koelsch Communities since October 2024, Garrett previously held the role of Dining Services Director and Sous Chef at Volante Senior Living from April 2023 to October 2024. Prior to that, Garrett worked as a Sous Chef at Oakmont Senior Living, Station Casinos, and Resort Lifestyle Communities from September 2021 to January 2021. Garrett’s culinary career started at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, where responsibilities included Demi Sous Chef and Chef De Partie at Bouchon from May 2016 to June 2019. Educational credentials include an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institutes, earned between 2016 and 2017, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Colorado Mesa University, completed in 2013.
