Rhiana Shabazz, MHA, RHIA, currently serves as a Consulting Manager at Kodiak Solutions since October 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Associate. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at Crowe from January 2022 to October 2023, and as a Senior Project Coordinator for Pharmacy Benefit Programs, along with an Administrative Fellow at University Hospitals between June 2020 and January 2022. Earlier career roles included a Revenue Integrity Specialist at The Ohio State University, an intern at Itentive Healthcare Solutions, and various positions in health service-related settings. Rhiana Shabazz earned a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management Systems from The Ohio State University and completed an Honors Diploma at Pike High School.
