Don Burnette is a software engineer and entrepreneur who is currently the co-founder and CEO of Kodiak. Don was previously a software technical lead at Uber, and before that, they co-founded Otto, a transportation technology company. Prior to their work in the transportation industry, Burnette spent six years at Google as a staff software engineer, working on the onboard software for the company's self-driving car initiative.
Don Burnette received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. Don then pursued a Master of Science in Robotics at Carnegie Mellon University. After completing their MS, they returned to the University of Florida to earn a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.
