Ofir Kaitel has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Ofir currently works at Kodem as a Software Engineer since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Axis Security as a Software Engineer from December 2020 to September 2022.

Before entering the private sector, Ofir worked at Israeli Military Intelligence from September 2013 to October 2019. Ofir held the position of Head of Embedded C/C++ SW Team from October 2016 to October 2019, where they led a team of up to 8 software engineers in developing large-scale projects on various microcontrollers. Ofir was responsible for managing complex projects with tight schedules and high security standards. Prior to that, they worked as an Embedded C/C++ SW Engineer from September 2013 to October 2016.

Ofir's career started in the Israel Defense Forces, where they completed the Mamram Programming Course from March 2013 to September 2013.

Ofir Kaitel attended The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
