Kajalben Kathiriya has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kajalben started their career at RadixWeb in 2006 as a Programmer. In 2007, they worked at Juriscape as a Programmer for ten months. In 2009, they joined Ss Consultantnet LLC as a .Net Developer, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, Kajalben joined AutoQuotes as a Software Developer and later moved up to the position of Software Architect in 2017. Kajalben worked at AutoQuotes until 2021. Currently, they are working at Koddi, where they started as a Software Engineering Lead in 2021 and later became an Engineering Manager in March 2023.

From 2003 to 2006, Kajalben Kathiriya pursued a degree in Computer Engineering with a major in Computer Science at South Gujarat University.
