Tamir Olpak is an R&D Manager at Eastman Kodak Company since April 2005, overseeing all phases of product development from concept evaluation to commercialization and ongoing support. Responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing a diverse portfolio of product categories, demonstrating expertise in new category innovation and product optimization. Prior to this role, Tamir served as an R&D Project Manager, coordinating multiple projects with a team of 20 engineers, and as a hardware design team leader within Kodak's graphic communication group in Israel. Tamir's experience also includes working as a hardware designer at Creo, focusing on data processing boards and VHDL coding for image compression, as well as providing production support during an internship at Scitex, collaborating closely with R&D on new electronic board launches.
