Samiron Borkataky is a legal professional with extensive experience, currently serving as a Partner at Kochhar & Co. since May 2022. Previously, Borkataky held the position of Partner specializing in Dispute Resolution at Desai & Diwanji from August 2017 to April 2022, following an Associate Partner role. Borkataky has also served as a Partner at IGA from 2011 to August 2017 and began career in the legal field as an Associate at Praxis Partners Associates in 2008. Early professional experiences include a traineeship at J. Sagar Associates and the Human Rights Law Network, as well as a role at District Courts Delhi. Educational credentials include an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Aberdeen and an LLB from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, as well as a B.A. (Hons) in Political Science from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
