Spencer Champlin is an investment associate at Koch Disruptive Technologies. Spencer previously worked as a business development associate at INVISTA from June 2015 to April 2020. In this role, they led point-of-view development and framing of investments to explore the expansion of the company's business into new channels, business models, products, etc. Spencer also developed financial models and performed analysis to evaluate key drivers of success for new investment opportunities.
Prior to their work at INVISTA, Champlin interned as a supply chain analyst at the Logan Small Business Development Center from May 2014 to August 2014. In this role, they gathered and analyzed data with the goal of improving organizational supply chain operations. Spencer also built Ad-hoc models to optimize scheduling/distribution/positions and facilitated business value creation strategies and key bets through accurate, meaningful, and actionable reporting/metrics.
Champlin's previous experience also includes work as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from November 2009 to November 2011.
