Aziz Koyuncuoğlu is a dedicated professional in the field of micro and nano technology, currently serving as the Cleanroom Team Leader and Cleanroom Senior Specialist at Koç University since April 2022. Prior to this role, Aziz worked as a Senior Project Researcher at Middle East Technical University from July 2016 to August 2021, contributing to the “FLAMENCO: A Fully-Implantable MEMS-Based Autonomous Cochlear Implant” project. Aziz's research experience also includes a position as a Research Assistant at the International Centre for Heat and Mass Transfer from October 2007 to December 2013, and as a Project Researcher at Middle East Technical University from 2008 to 2012, focusing on MEMS production for microchannel heat sinks. Aziz holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Micro Nano Technology from Middle East Technical University, completed in 2022, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, obtained in 2010. Education was initiated at İstanbul Atatürk Fen Lisesi.
