Nasir Hameed, BEng, PMP, CSM, has extensive experience in hardware development and program management, serving as Director of Hardware Development and Senior Program Manager at Rakuten Kobo Inc. since May 2012. Key achievements include the successful launch of multiple eReaders, such as the Kobo Forma and Kobo Clara HD, demonstrating a strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality project delivery. Prior roles include Lead System Integration & Testing Engineer positions at novero and Flextronics, where expertise in Android and Windows systems was honed, alongside experience in project coordination with Ontario Power Generation and project management responsibilities at Gerdau Ameristeel. Nasir Hameed holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University.
