Justin Van has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Global Human Resources at Rakuten Kobo Inc. since January 2014. Prior roles at Rakuten Kobo include Senior Manager, Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner. Previously, Justin held the position of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner at LG Electronics from April 2013 to January 2014 and worked as a Pay & Benefits Specialist at Lafarge from December 2010 to April 2013. Justin's earlier experience includes a role as an HR Assistant at LG Electronics in 2010. Justin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University.
