Thalia Nghiem is a Senior Scientist at Kobo Products, Inc., since December 2022, where responsibilities include establishing the company's first application lab in the Asia Pacific region, developing cosmetic formulations, and collaborating with global labs. Prior experience includes a role as a Cosmetics R&D Formulator at Shiseido from October 2019 to December 2022, focusing on makeup product development, shade matching, and project management. Thalia holds a Master's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from The University of Tokyo, a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a Minor in Japanese Language from McGill University, and has participated in an exchange program at Kyoto University.
