Luna Fascina has extensive experience in the cosmetics and skincare industry, currently serving as Technical Service Manager at Kobo Products, Inc. since September 2019, after holding roles as R&D Manager and Sales Manager. Luna began with Kobo in January 2013 as Application Lab Manager, managing lab activities for the European market, developing formulations, and providing technical support across Europe, the Middle East, and China. Prior positions also included Application Lab Supervisor, where Luna coordinated laboratory projects and customer support, and Scientist/Tech Service, establishing lab activities in Brazil and focusing on local market needs. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Scientist at Johnson & Johnson, developing global sunscreen formulations, and interning with Korres. Luna holds a Master’s Degree in Biology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the same institution.
