Jennifer Spagnuolo has a diverse work experience. Jennifer began their professional career in 2014 as a Student Worker - Athletics at Hartwick College. In 2016, they took on a role as a Day Care Teacher at Harbor Child Care. Later that same year, they started working as a Program Coordinator/Coach at Soccer Shots Franchising. In 2017, they added a role as a Graduate Assistant at Adelphi University to their repertoire. Finally, in 2019, they became the Field Hockey Director and Rec League and Clinic Coordinator at Koa Sports League.

Jennifer Spagnuolo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hartwick College between 2013 and 2017. Following that, they earned a Master's degree in Sport Management from Adelphi University between 2017 and 2019.
