Logan DeSouza is a seasoned lawyer with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and startups, currently serving at KO Law since April 2021. Prior experience includes positions as an M&A Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, as well as a legal secondee at Apollo Global Management Inc. Logan gained valuable experience through summer associate roles at Gunster and Barros & Errázuriz, along with a legal externship at RTI International. Logan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government with a focus on International Affairs from Florida State University.
