The Leadership Team at KNRM is responsible for strategic decision-making and operational oversight to ensure the organization's mission of saving lives at sea and on inland waters is met effectively. This team, comprising the CEO, COO, CFO, and the CMO, focuses on resource allocation, training and development of volunteers, financial management, and driving marketing and fundraising efforts to sustain the organization's activities without government funding.
