Anna Grigoryan has worked in various roles across different companies. Anna began their career in 2016 as a Translator Intern at the United Nations. In 2018, they became a Project Manager and Translator for the ReAnimania International Animation Film & Comics Art Festival of Yerevan. In 2019, Anna held two positions simultaneously, working as a Customer Service Specialist at SupportYourApp and an English Second Language Teacher at Englishdom. In 2021, they moved to Preply as a Customer Service Specialist and is currently working as a Project Manager at Knoxlabs since 2022.

Anna Grigoryan obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications from the American University of Armenia in 2018. In 2019, they obtained a 120 hour TESOL Certificate from the International Open Academy, and a Certificate of Academy of Linguistics and Philosophy from AUA.
