For over 50 years, Knowsley Safari has been welcoming visitors as one of the North West's top tourist attractions.

The learning & discovery team are dedicated to school services and deliver outreach programmes at schools around the North West. When schools visit the park the learning & discovery team also lead workshops for pupils and guided tours of the 550 acre, 5 mile safari drive. 

A recent addition to the itinerary for schools visiting the park is an enhanced discovery day. The pupils enjoy everything the park has to offer and some special activities that enhance their visit such as watching a meerkat feed, getting up close to the birds of prey and guided walks of the park.
