Kathy S. has a long and varied work experience. Kathy began their career in 1993 as a Business Development Manager and Senior Product Manager at Tech Data. In 1996, they moved to Compaq Computer Corporation as an ISV Product Manager. In 1998, they joined Remedy Corporation (Acquired by BMC Software) as Sr. Manager, WW Channel Strategy. In 2017, they joined KnowledgeDesk as Chief Financial Officer. Finally, they have been Vice President/ Chief Operating Officer at Vitil Solutions since 2000, where they are responsible for ITIL\u00ae compliant Service Desk and Desktop services for Education clients. Additionally, they deliver specialized product selection and procurement support for schools.

Kathy S. has a Masters Degree (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organizational Studies with a Minor in Business from Eckerd College. Kathy also holds certifications in RYT200 Yoga Training from Yoga Alliance (obtained in April 2019), Master Scuba Diver (2016) Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, Nitrox from NAUI Worldwide (obtained in March 1990), ITIL V3 in Service Design, ITIL V3 in Service Transition, ITIL v2 Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management, ITIL v3 Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management, and Knowledge Center Support from The KCS Academy - the Only Authorized Certifying Body for KCS.
