Olena Kushnir is a QA Automation Lead and Test Maker Lead Engineer at Knowledge Expert since October 2017, where responsibilities include facilitating digital transformation for diverse European sectors through Lean-Agile, DevOps, and Design Thinking approaches. Prior experience includes a role as Course Mentor at Automician, focusing on QA automation, open-source project support, and technical documentation from November 2016 to August 2017. Additionally, Olena served as an Associate Professor at the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport from February 2003 to August 2017. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Philology from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and ongoing education at It Labs since 2016.
