Aya Long is a skilled professional with extensive experience in education and learning development. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Coach, and Technical Content Developer at Knowledge as a Service, Inc. since January 2023, Aya focuses on delivering high-quality, user-centered content. Aya also leads the Learning and Education Development Team at Bali Children Foundation, delivering impactful interventions and consulting on learning needs. Previous roles include Learning Program and Development Manager at Yayasan Pelita Harapan Cemerlang and various teaching positions, including English Language Teacher and Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction. With a Bachelor of Education in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from IKIP PGRI Pontianak and further studies at The University of Manchester, Aya has successfully developed and implemented training programs, helping numerous students achieve their IELTS goals.
