Sebastian Mathews is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in CRM solutions and software development. Currently serving as a Senior CRM Developer at Knowit since March 2021, Sebastian has previously worked at Tata Consultancy Services from July 2013 to February 2021, where responsibilities included implementing Dynamics 365 CE for a leading insurance company and developing a customer 360 view for a major Swedish insurance provider. Additional roles involved leading technical design and development for sales pipeline management and service solutions for a prominent Norwegian bank. Prior to this, Sebastian held technical lead and senior software engineer positions at Sonata Software, Atlas Healthcare Software, and UST Global. Sebastian earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Model Engineering College, Thrikkakkara, between 2002 and 2006.
