Tony Fujii has extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Tony started their career as a Student Assistant at the Hawaii State Department of Education in 2004 and continued working in this role until 2007. During this time, they also had internships at Title Guaranty in 2006 and 2007.

In 2010, Tony joined eImagine Technology Group as a Software Engineer, where they focused on .NET software development, CRM Dynamics, and mobile platform integration. Tony provided architecture analysis, infrastructure improvements, and production support.

Tony then joined M3 Health in 2012 as a Technical Lead. In this role, they advised senior leadership on technical decisions and designed and developed cloud-based systems, mobile applications, and web applications. Tony also provided consultation services to external clients and offered round-the-clock on-call technical support during critical deployments. Tony worked at M3 Health until 2015.

From 2015 to 2019, Tony served as the Co-Founder and Operations Manager at Steeltype LLC. Here, they played a key role in the company's operations and management.

In 2019, Tony took on two Chief Technology Officer (CTO) roles. Tony first joined STORYSOFT, where they focused on using storytelling as a powerful method for brands to convert attention into action. Shortly after, they joined KnoWEwell, P.B.C., a Public Benefit Corporation with a mission to transform healthcare. As CTO, Tony spearheaded technological advancements and empowered individuals to proactively prevent harm and address chronic diseases for healthier living.

Tony Fujii attended Kalani High School from 2003 to 2007. After completing high school, they enrolled at Purdue University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer & Information Technology from 2007 to 2011.
