Shannon Rowland is an experienced data scientist currently working at Knowesis Inc. since May 2020, where responsibilities include program development and evaluation for the USSOCOM POTFF program, focusing on innovative solutions for Special Operations Forces. Prior experience includes roles as a Marketing Analyst at Gulf Winds Credit Union, where data analysis enhanced marketing efficiency, and as the Director of Institutional Research & Assessment at Lee University, where data analysis and reporting supported institutional decision-making. Earlier positions include ASPIRE Coordinator and Technical Skills Assistant at the University of West Florida, as well as a Technical Assistant at the Florida Department of Transportation. Shannon Rowland holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University.
