Jay Wolcott has an extensive work history, starting with their current role as the Co-Founder and CEO of knowbl since November 2021. Prior to this, they co-founded Verego in 2012 and served as a Member of the Board until December 2020. Jay also worked as a Partner at 3CSI Group from July 2007 to December 2020.

In 2017, Wolcott joined Interactions LLC, where they held multiple roles including VP Strategic Accounts from January 2019 to June 2020 and VP Social Product from May 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they founded and served on the board of Seed Staffing from March 2014 to March 2020.

In 2009, Wolcott founded Digital Roots and served as the CEO until May 2017. Jay started their career at General Motors in 1999, where they held various executive positions including Automotive Strategy Board member, Enterprise Contact Centers, and Vehicle Sales, Service and Marketing.
