Jess Jackson has worked in various companies and roles throughout their career. Jess currently works as a Content Marketing Specialist at Knowadays. Previously, Jess worked as a Digital Marketing Executive at Country House Library and a Communications Officer (Campaigns and Media) at Gloucestershire County Council. Jess gained a Level 4 Qualification (Distinction) in PR & Communications during their time at Gloucestershire County Council. Jess also worked as a Business Response Assistant at Ecotricity and a Facilities Assistant at TLT.

Jess Jackson attended Stroud High School from 2006 to 2013. Later, they enrolled in University of Bristol for Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from 2014 to 2017. Jess pursued Level 4 Public Relations and Communications Assistant Apprenticeship from Cambridge Marketing College from 2019 to 2020.
