Joy Hwang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources and organizational development. Joy has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of People + Culture at eSight, where proactive talent engagement and retention strategies were implemented, and Vice President of Human Resources at Nobul, focusing on talent transformation and compliance during the company's IPO process.
