Markus Reinmund began their career in 1996 as an Airman in the German Air Force. In 1997 they worked as a Financial Analyst for Siemens AG. In 2002 they joined Fonar Corp. as a Marketing Manager and later as Director of Strategy and International Marketing, where they were a direct advisor to the CEO. In 2007 they moved to Medtronic as Director of Marketing, leading the company's $210M weight-loss surgery business and portfolio of surgical access products. In 2009 they were selected by the CEO of New York Life Insurance Company to build and lead a Fortune-100 customer experience function. In 2015 they joined Aetna as Head of Customer Experience and was a member of the senior executive team for Aetna's $1 billion Consumer Business. In 2016 they founded Knocking Inc., where they serve as Founder & CEO. Knocking turns media Audiences into e-commerce Buyers.
Markus Reinmund obtained their MBA from The Wharton School between 2006 and 2008. Markus also earned an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge between 1999 and 2002, as well as a BA in Economics from the same university during the same time period.
