Melissa DiBetta has diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Property Manager at Thamesview Apartments. Melissa held this role until April 2021. In 2012, they worked as a Dance Teacher at Dancers Ink, and since May 2021, they have been employed as an Instructional Designer at Knock® CRM.

Melissa DiBetta earned a Bachelor's degree from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2011. In addition, they obtained the ATD E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from SEWI-ATD - Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter of the Association for Talent Development in August 2022.
