Lora Shepherd has extensive experience in the transportation and customer service industries, currently serving as Eastern Regional Team Lead and previously holding roles as Senior Account Manager and Eastern Regional Account Manager at Knight Transportation since January 2020. Prior experience includes positions such as Assistant Customer Service Manager at Celadon Trucking, Customer Service Representative at USF Holland, and Customer Service Manager at Perkins Transportation. Lora began their career as a Leasing Agent at Beech Mill Farm Apartments. Lora is pursuing dual bachelor's degrees in Organizational Business Management and Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Arizona Global Campus, with an expected graduation date of June 2025, complementing earlier studies at Indiana University Indianapolis from 1997 to 1999.
