Willie Le Roux's work experience begins in 1999 as a Technician, Sales, and Support Engineer at Controlsoft Access. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Technical Sales Manager at MEC Security, where they developed a key products supply chain. In 2007, they joined Saflec Group (Saflec Systems) as a Sales, Support Engineer, and Training Manager, responsible for attracting and retaining customers, creating integrated access control solutions, and providing technical support. At DATA CONNECTIVITY SOLUTIONS, they held various roles, including Project Manager, General Manager, and Director, leading international projects, managing sales and marketing, and streamlining organizational operations. Currently, they are serving as Head of Technology at Knight Protection.

Willie Le Roux's education history includes several certifications and training courses in various fields. In 2017, they attended SAQCC and obtained a Certified Designer degree in Fire Prevention and Safety Technology. In the same year, they also received an Advanced Driving Certificate in Motorcycle Advanced Driving from BMW.

In 2018, Willie Le Roux attended DUXBURY and earned the Certified Network Associate and Certified Network Engineer degrees in ICT. Willie also obtained the FLIR Latitude Classic NVMS Training Certificate from GIT and the Grade A - Certification from PSIRA in Security and Loss Prevention Services.
